Book all the parts, repair the whole front-end, paint and wash, all these were done in 4 days. This is pure professionalism. Picking my car up from Fix Auto Sunnyvale is another happiest moment I got from owning this car.

I went here after a collision through my car insurance. Sent in pictures and got estimate & timelines. I wish they were slightly better on communication of timelines. I got the car back in about 10 days. Car came out looking brand new and I got a lifetime warranty for the repair. That said I would not be going here in my own without insurance as there seemed to be some extra unnecessary repairs/ services tacked on. Been more than two + years and other than an alignment I didn't have any issues. Definitely recommend for going through insurance.

Our company had repairs made on two of our vehicles and were misquoted $1000s of dollars for both. The auto body shop also had poor communication regarding completion dates and had to reschedule vehicle pick ups on multiple occasions. Would not recommend this location if you're looking for repairs done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.
