Flagship Carwash

I’m a long-time monthly member, but I had a very bad experience at the Flagship Carwash One Loudoun location that customers should be aware of. On 02/07/2026 around 4 PM, after exiting the wash, I noticed a new dent and fresh scratches on my brand new Audi Q5 (driver-side front fender above the front tire) that were not there before entering. During the wash, the conveyor briefly stopped while my car was next to a black brush near the undercarriage area. At the time I thought this was normal, but after seeing the damage, it seems very likely that the stop caused prolonged contact and damage in that spot. I reported this immediately. Low quality detailing! Will never go there again. It is not horrible, but close to terrible. What is the point of slapping grease on the tire randomly, while the tire was not clean from the mud(the machine did not splash/brush)? Just see the pictures, this is the car right after the carwash... Even the Machine/exterior, the machines are mediocre. What is the point of being a big business and provide low quality? Is this the McDonald's of the car wash business?! Hey, I paid $35, did you look for $55? Someone clarify please!

After being a loyal customer after 5 years I will no longer be supporting this location. I had a fruit tree that left a lot sticky residue all over my car so a car wash was necessary. I paid the flagship for exterior and interior and while the exterior was getting wiped down and cleaned I had specifically asked them if they can clean of the residue on the front hood. As soon as it was done it was not clean what’s so ever and the lady at the end of the line who stated it was “done” told me go thru the wash a SECOND time since the residue didn’t come off. I went thru the wash again and told the exterior team I already went thru once please just clean the residue on the hood. Nope, it was not cleaned and I was completely disregarded. This location used to be great. However, now it's horrible. I'm speaking from a 2 year membership perspective. In my opinion, since the clientele has increased the quality has decreased. It's more of quantity vs quality. Membership is $75 monthly for unlimited washes and minor detailing but, you leave still needing a wash. Plus the cleaning products causes peeling on my function buttons on my steering wheel, radio, windows etc . Overall upon requesting a cancelation of my membership I was offered 3 months free. I took it and provided feedback on hopes of possible changes in the future. The exterior wash is good. The issue is have pertains to the detailing portion of the wash.

Went here because my normal wash was closed, decided to try it out despite hearing bad things. When it was done there was tons of water spots all over. I brought it up to one of the guys and he said “oh, sorry about that” implying it was not supposed to be that way, and tried to remove it with a dry towel. It didn’t come out. I told him it looked the same and he said “sorry man, maybe different service. Maybe detail.” I will not be returning. Edit: I spoke to the manager and she told me it was from bugs hitting the car. I know this is not true because it’s all around. I was able to remove it quickly with a damp rag at home. Even if it was from bugs, the wash I usually go to charges less and my car never comes out looking like this. They offered me a free outside wash, which I took, so ext
