Flagship Carwash

I’m deaf and can’t speak, so it was already hard trying to explain. This early morning I went through this car wash and they broke my right mirror. I told the manager right away. He checked the cameras and tried to play me, saying my mirror was already damaged before I came. That’s straight cap. My mirror was fine before I got there. They refused to fix it or pay for the damage, acting like they don’t care. They don’t give my money back. I’m never coming back. Y’all be careful coming here — they will mess your car up and won’t take responsibility.

Went there today for the ultra car wash, when I got in my vehicle my windshield was cracked down the middle. I spoke with the manager who stated he would look at the cameras. He came back and pointed to my car pulling in showed me a dot on the picture and claimed the crack was there. I explained to him I had no cracks, chips nothing on my windshield prior to entering the wash. He then asked if I wanted to submit something and my response was absolutely. He advised I would hear something in 3-4 days. Based on his attitude I already see where this is going. $36 dollars and I walked Way with front windshield cracked and smeared so bad I had to go home and clean the windows over. I was greeted by a very nice ex-veteran who offered me a monthly membership of $44.99 per month for car wash services. I agreed - and the car wash and interior cleaning was great. That day my card was charged the appropriate amount. However, the following month, my card was charged $74.99! Please note you will have difficulty reaching anyone by phone if you have a problem like this - I held for almost an hour waiting to talk to someone. Finally I had my credit card company reach out to them and credit my statement the $30 I was overcharged. I was willing to give them the chance to do the right thing this month - nope. $74.99 a month was charged again. I was able to find an email address for them and requested a refund and cancellation. If zero was an option I would use it. If it is below freezing, DO NOT use this facility. The brushes inside the wash do freeze and potentially cause damage. The vehicle will be coated in ice as you can see. Management at this facility will not be kind to you and suggest it is your fault for using the wash when it is freezing outside. They do not refund and certainly do not care. Why they would be open is beyond reason.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Flagship Car Wash location today. I brought my vehicle in for service and was treated in an unprofessional and dismissive manner from start to finish. My car was not properly cleaned, and trash was left inside my vehicle after the service was completed. When I asked to speak with management to resolve the issue, the individuals who identified themselves as “Wendy” (assistant manager) and “Cesar” (shift lead) later turned out to have given me false names. The general manager, Alido, confirmed this. Being given fabricated information when requesting management support is completely unacceptable.
