Flanders Brake & Alignment

This place is a joke. I took my truck in for a front-end alignment and was charged $150, even though the technician admitted he could not loosen a bolt and therefore did not complete the alignment properly. After that, I had my own mechanic replace the entire front end so everything would be loose and ready. I then called back to have the alignment done correctly. I spoke with the owner, Joe, who was extremely disrespectful and insisted on charging me another $150 for a job they only did halfway the first time. I even offered to pay half price, since they only completed half the work originally, but he refused. The lack of accountability and professionalism was unbelievable. Had major front end repairs and alignment on my 2005 Silverado. Truck handles like new and should last for years. Dennis explained all work needed and cost before proceeding. Good experience all around. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

The guy that runs the place now is great. Hes very polite and respectful.. He takes the time to explain things to you.. He DOESN'T rip you off and is completely honest, to the best of my knowledge. My mechanic sends everyone there and now I see why.

Prompt and professional service. Alignment complete and car has not driven this well since purchasing it 5 years ago. Very happy with service and will return.
