Flat Tire Co. Bike Shop

I had a disappointing bike fit experience. It was my first bike fit every and I didn't know any better. I ended going somewhere else and getting re-fit and was astonished at how much more in depth the fit was, and how much better my bike felt afterwards. Plus, I received a full report out with all measurements, which was not offered at Flat Tire. A part of me wondered if they were just trying to sell components, I had to buy a stem AND handlebars because they didn't have a rise stem that fit my bike.

Shop doesn’t seem to Be good with e-bikes. More of a mountain/road bike focus. I’ve spent a lot of money on basic repairs and services and just have not been happy with the quality of work especially for the price. Angello is a really nice guy who will go the extra mile for you but I had a lot of trouble with his work. Just not complete not tightened not straight like you would want it to ride. Basically always have to adjust it afterwards….. I also spent over $1000 here this year and the owner is usually not real friendly and has never once thanked me for my business and when I have to deal with her I always feel Im a hassle she’d rather not deal with. Flat Tire and Co. is hands down the best bike shop around! Angelo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my bike. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting you back on the road (or trail) safely. The whole experience was quick, professional, and stress-free. Came across Flat Tire Co on Pinkbike. They had a bike I wanted listed there so I called the shop to confirm that the listing was correct. Great price on a bike that would have cost me $300 more elsewhere. Ashley was helpful, honest, and straightforward. Bought the bike from only seeing pictures of it and it came in awesome condition. Better condition than I expected. The bike was very carefully packed and arrived in 3 days! Can’t wait for spring to ride. Appreciate local shops even when they are not local to me.
