Reasonable prices and I was so impressed by the commitment of these employees. My car was leaking oil and they went above and beyond to find out what the problem was. I really appreciated that they showed me what was wrong and educated me. As a woman, it can be intimidating going into auto shops, but I felt so comfortable here. Tyler and Brennan are awesome! Always going here from now on.

Car not even pulled in to service at the time it was supposed to be done and I came to pick it up. They quickly pulled it in and serviced it, but I ended up having to cancel another meeting I had scheduled for that day due to the additional wait time. Frustrating as I travel an hour to get to Rochester and try to do as many errands as I can when in town. Was not a happy customer that day.

Excellent staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable!! Repaired my tired, replaced 2 bulbs, changed the engine filter and installed a new battery all for $200.00 parts AND labor!!! The work was done on my 2017 Rav4. My new go to mechanics!!

I scheduled an appointment for my tires to be looked at under warranty. I went for the appointment and the time was messed up so I rescheduled. Went back 3 days later and was told they can’t honor the warranty but recommend a rotation. So I scheduled a rotation and get there 5 days later then they say that they can’t do the rotation due to the irregular tread wear on all of my tires. Isnt this something they should have known when they looked at my car less than a week ago. They can’t get things straight, nobody is on the same page. Paid $700 for tires with a 75,000 mile warranty a year ago and didn’t even get half that out of them. We had horrible service. First, they didnt order our tires or schedule us when we called and we had to wait an entire day for them to get us in. Mind you we told them we are trying to get back to Oregon after getting into an accident and it was time sensitive. We got our vehicle in for our scheduled appointment the next day and they took THREE AND A HALF HOURS to switch our new tires onto our wheels. Also, the front desk kid would just not stop flapping his gums even though he could easily tell I was irritated and just wanted to be done. The other employees were literally di**ing around while ONE tech was working in the garage. The manager and another employee were playing around on a push cart. Not a good look, I was about to go back and help the poor tech myself. At least it would have
