Update about the brake shoes. After leaving the review online the brake shoes magically were completed and ready for pick up 3 hours later after leaving the review. As offended that I was from the parts counter response. They made it right by getting the shoes relined for me that day. ...original review.... Dropped off a set of brake shoes to get relined. 4 days later I called to see if they were done since our customer was getting anxious. The parts guy actually said that we were not a priority and won't be done for a couple more days. So since they appreciate my business so much this will be the last time I purchase parts or. service with fleetpride.

Where to start? Their prices are extremely high, most of the staff seem rude or just generally in a bad mood, and when they give you the wrong part (which will happen) you won't be able to exchange or return it at ANY other fleetpride location except from where it was purchased from. My advice? Save the time, money, and hassle by ordering on amazon or any other online retailer whenever possible.

Parts driver drives 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. Zooming in and out of cars and lanes. Definitely a safety concern with a big billboard on the side of the van.
