Was in town checking out farms and the alternator went out on my excursion. -8 degrees and 2 kids on board was not the best time for this to happen. Walked in and explained my situation and how we already checked out of our hotel, they got a new alternator back on within an hour, helped me drop my trailer. Got my family inside in the warm and had coffee! Great people, if I end up buying a farm in that town, I’ll be purchasing all my vehicles with them.

Want to give a shout out to Dustin and his office, mechanic team from this establishment! Was on time and did a great job. He not only communicated very accurately and professionally also had our vehicle done in a timely manner. I did not have to call them for any updates as they provided them as they went. They handled everything and kept me up informed on my vehicle. Highly recommend these guys for your service needs!

Terry was extremely professional, reassuring, helpful, and kind throughout our entire transaction, which took a bit due to my needing an upfit. From 1000 miles away from me, Terry chose and expertly handled business with the fabricator and with Ford Commercial Financing, communicating as needed along the way. When I flew in to pick up the truck, his wonderful wife picked me up and was just as kind and so hospitable! Terry and the fabricator met with me at the dealership and made sure everything was exactly what I wanted, washed it up, and efficiently handled the paperwork. I was scrambled and felt stranded not knowing where to go for an EV charger and these guys were not only friendly but so incredibly helpful. I can’t recall her name but I think Jennifer at the front office came out multiple times when I couldn’t get the charger working. Logan spent more time to walk through features of my new ford, made sure I knew how to get where I was going, and even gave tips if I find myself in a pinch again. I was ready to return my Mach-e but now just want to come back here so I can buy another - these guys are top notch and am so thankful I stumbled across this shop!
