Was stuck in a bad situation and called jrp. They answered and were up front that they were on another job but would head my way shortly. Got to my truck assessed the situation, gave me a quote and got to work. Took all day at no fault of theirs, they even stayed late into the night to make sure I got back up and running the next morning. Overall they showed up, were upfront and completed the job in a timely manner for a fair price.

Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before booking any service with this company. After agreeing on a basic service price, they tried to charge a significant amount extra with no clear explanation. When we questioned the additional charges, they began threatening to tow the truck to an unknown location. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look for a more honest and reliable road service.

They did fix a problem, said it was coolant frozen and needed to replace coolant and wash it. I costed me $800 (4 hours billed) plus 12 gallons of coolant billed $510 , all in $1310. Because we don't have Comchecks or EFS ( use Relay app for fuel only), they charged 8% credit card fee ($104.80) which is ridicoulous. Regarding a problem fix, we'll see in next week because driver only made 200-300 miles to get home. Please, be aware that hey will overcharge you even if they did good or bad job.

Called at 4:45am needing at jump for my semi truck. The man that answered the phone said I should be seen 30 to 45 minutes. After an hour I called back three times over the course of an additional half hour. No answer with a voicemail full so you couldn't leave a message. If you weren't going to service my call...just tell me! I called another company and within 30 minutes they arrived to help.

Rude and unprofessional! Agreed on $150/h road call rate, charged $250/h. After sending the call recording to prove the agreement changed to $150/h, but added one extra hour. Huge markup on parts, $285 fuel filter for 2024 Cascadia.
