Worked with us on the time to get the new tire on the car. Friendly and helpful in getting just what I needed. When the tire was out of stock, he checked to see if anyone else had the tire I had to have. The tire was considerably less expensive here, so the 1 day wait was worth it. We will definitely do business here again!

Got a screw in my tire on my way home on I35. Stopped at 2 other tire shops close to the interstate, but both were closed even though their hours said they should be open. Called Sinclair and took my car there instead. They were able to fit me in, even though they were busy. After a short wait they quickly fixed my tire. I so appreciate them and their customer service! You have gained a returning customer. Thanks again!

Osceola Service was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated very quickly and at a good price. They helped diagnose another problem as well. I would definitely use them again

Called to see how late they were open and to ask about an alignment. The guy that answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person I’ve encountered today. I’ll never spend money here I promise that.

Told us they didn’t have time for an oil change, and there wasn’t a car insight, the guy working was scrolling his phone not working at all. He was also rude. Won’t be back…
