I just got my car back from Fletcher Autobody, and my car look a just like it did when i bought it in 2023. My car was fully repaired from a hit on the passenger side. Joe and his staff are absolutely amazing, because not only did the outside of my car look amazing they also did a full detail cleaning of the inside. Joe took of everything and made the process so easy and comfortable. Great communication in regards to the status and time frame of receiving my car back. They are the best auto body shop, and rental company in the State of Rhode Island and will be the only place i recommend. Thank you Joe and staff.

I was in a car accident that left my SUV not drivable. The very next day Fletcher Auto Body came to my home and towed my car. They were very efficient, thorough, and made the claims process extremely easy. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, and using them for future car repairs. Fletcher Auto Body took good care of my Camry. I accidentally scratched up my car a few months back backing out of a tight space. It's been bothering me ever since. My car was automatically towed here. When I arrived, the front desk employee immediately asked me to sign paperwork authorizing repairs. I calmly explained that I already had another mechanic and did not want to proceed with repairs at this location. From that moment on, the attitude toward both me and my mother completely changed. We were then given conflicting information about where I could retrieve my personal belongings from my vehicle. One person told us it was not at this location, while another person said it was here. The miscommunication and lack of clarity caused unnecessary frustration, and I eventually left because no one seemed able—or willing—to give a straight answer.
