Gibraltar Collision Inc

Had collision on 3/27/24, got car towed to Gibraltar, car returned to me summer 2025. Ins companies paid Gibraltar $20044 on 4/8/24 based on original estimate. Supplements brought total to $56569 plus approximately $10k for 3 months of Gibraltar loaner. That’s about twice Kbb. Gibraltar did offer to buy car several times. Visited shop about 40 times during 15 month ordeal to attempt to expedite completion. Endured many long tales about past endeavors and their unique ability to do this repair finally necessitating attorney consultation and local police referee to encourage releasing the car. In the end it took several weeks to reimburse me for work I no longer wished to be completed. Car repair itself is acceptable.

This was my first experience having my car repaired by this shop and they were amazing. My car was returned in MINT condition. I was more than happy with the end result. Richie made the process easy by handling all the matters with the insurance company. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.
