Friendly and very good customer service! They did not have the U-Haul trailer size I needed on hand but they were able to request one and have it delivered to their lot in time for a road trip back to my home state. I've had other U-Haul experiences where I've had to jump to multiple locations just to find the equipment I wanted so this was awesome. Thanks!

Our experience today was awesome! Lori worked with my husband to make sure we had the trailer we needed. We drove up from Louisville KY to trailer back our motorcycle and had to have an enclosed trailer. Lori you are a true gem! Keep up the great customer service. I believe your Dad taught you very well!

I came to rent a U-Haul, but it would seem that they also sell cars, they have semi truck parking, they design barns and other buildings, this seems like they really do it all. And the ladies are so nice. I will be back to do more business with them

I found Florida Car Connection on Facebook market place while looking for a Chevrolet Impala. I messaged Julie, and she was very responsive and helpful with providing me with any information about the car. I test drove the car and it was as described in the post. Lori was great and handled all the paperwork. It was a great car buying experience.
