Flowers Auto mobile mechanic

I was traveling from Charleston, SC, back home to Washington, DC, when my car started overheating. Flowers Auto Mobile not only fixed the issue quickly, but the mechanic stayed with me until I felt confident to drive the remaining 5 hours. Extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding service. Highly recommend!

This guy just left my car stranded. I got charged 140 and had to order a part for the car. They told me to contact them once the part came and I kept them updated. As soon as it came he told me a time and never answered my calls after that. The dash and console of my car was left torn apart. I end up calling a tow truck to get it to a real car shop. If he would be a grown man and has told me straight up they wouldn’t be able to make it.. I wouldn’t be writing this review. In stead of waiting for this unprofessional mechanic. I could have made arrangements to get my car fixed else where earlier. Way to mess up the holiday for people. I do not recommend this company! Update! I would give 0 stars if I could. This man is not a professional he came to my house to fix my car and pretended to fix my car. When I went to go test drive my car after he was finished my car was still not working. He told me I would need another cv axel on the drivers side after he pretended to fix the one on the passengers side. When I finally got the part he no longer answered my calls or my text to come and finish the job. Took my car to another mechanic and they told me he never put the cv axel on the passenger side on correctly that’s why my car wouldn’t work. I never needed another part to begin with. $320 down the drain for nothing. I should have looked at all of the previous reviews before hiring this man to work on my car. That’s my fault. DO NOT USE THIS MAN TO DO ANY WORK ON YO

No showed to a critical situation. After hearing my situation and setting up something for “first thing in the morning at 8 am” I was up waiting for him and didn’t even have the balls to let me know he wasn’t coming. What’s a joke. Screwed me on a holiday weekend because I counted on him to come, when I could’ve made an appointment elsewhere when I had the chance.and to not even explain as to why you can’t show up, makes you a coward honestly.

Jesse replaced my cars brake rotors and pads front and rear. I’d never worked with him before but he came highly recommended. So of course there was some trepidation as the people that were recommending him, I did not know either. Take it from me guys, hire Jesse for your cars needs. He cares about giving quality work and he’s meticulous. So happy to know a traveling mechanic now. He has great customer service and pricing.
