Floyd's Body Shop & Auto Sales, Inc.

My car which was essentially brand new was hit while I was at work. Once I got everything sorted out with the insurance I took it straight to Floyd's since I knew the reputation they had in the area and they definitely delivered. Both of the women I dealt with up front were amazing and made this such a simple process (outside of having to deal with Sate Farms nonsense). The process was fast as well, my car was dropped off on January 5th and they started on it that very same day and I was able to pick it up today January 13th. The quality of the work is top notch but not only can you not tell the car was ever hit but they also washed and cleaned up the inside of the car as well too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If could give more than five stars I would. I came there stress out bc of my insurance. After I explained my situation they told me dont worry about it .They saw how important my frontier was to me. They did an awesome job of fixing my truck . Not only did they fix it they washed it !!!lol . I recommend everyone see them first before going where in the Roanoke valley area.

I’ve taken 3 vehicles here over the past few years (a Lexus and two BMW’s) for repair and always got great service and quick turnaround. I highly recommend. Great people who do great work.

did an amazing job getting my new bumper painted, i know silver might not fade as much but it’s still comparing 10 year old paint to brand new paint and its spot on. a huge thanks to everyone at Floyd’s for being super friendly but also very professional and getting it done in a timely manner

Two months ago I wrecked my mustang. I took it to Floyd s Body. They not only fix it but made it look better that it was before the accident. Aaron and team are amazing.
