I went in for a tire balance and possible alignment. Service was completed in a timely fashion. Staff was kind, honest, thorough. Explained another issue I could be having with my vehicle and walked me through everything while the SUV was on the lift. This was my second visit to Flynn’s. I will be back!

This is the company you want for tires! I had brought my work van in to have them put tires on it that I had bought online. We'll to my demise I bought the wrong tires. They were the right size but, they were not rated for the load my van carries. Bret, at the fairlawn branch, caught it right away and let me know. He made me aware of the issue and told me that they have a couple tires at the shop that they could put on. I was worried about the price but he found a couple of tires that were perfectly in my budget! He also let me know that one of my tire sensors was out and took care of that for me too! Consistently - for the last few years - Flynn’s Montrose has been outstanding! On every single occasion they’ve provided the highest standard of professionalism, quality work, friendliness, and the cleanest quietest lobby atmosphere I’ve seen. Not only in Ohio shops, but also including those where I’ve been in Florida, California, and Oklahoma. They’ve stood behind their work and put my mind at ease every time. I only wish they did have some stores in Los Angeles and Florida! But anytime I’m in Ohio - they are, hands down, my go to. Very grateful for Flynn’s!

I’ve gotten my tires done here for many years. They’re usually pretty quick and their prices are good. I have a Subaru (2019) and I had a check engine light on and some other miscellaneous issues (tire pressure light, front and rear brakes, slow start of the car) and Flynn’s fixed it all. I actually priced out my brakes vs buying the parts and having my partner do it and the price was good enough to just have them do it. I’ve always felt they were straight forward, honest, and prompt. Thank you, Flynn’s, for being awesome!

I've bought new tires from this location in Montrose, OH and have had them do the first rotation and balance (which was free, btw). They are very professional and have been nothing but polite. Consistently. Very fair and affordable pricing with no trapping you into something you don't need. The location is always clean and organized, and they answer all my questions with a smile.
