This is a A+++ operation Called them when my transmission suddenly died and the office was very helpful …. Vinny looked at the truck 2 days before they said they could look at it. Even better I was told 2-3 weeks out for the rebuild and it was completed in less than 10 days. Diagnostic was free….. Excellent service !!!!! highly recommend!!! Thanks again John

I recently had my transmission rebuilt at this establishment, and I must commend their professionalism and clear communication. The pricing was in line with industry standards, and they provided a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty. While I typically refrain from writing reviews, I felt compelled to do so for FNA. Removing all the components under my heavy duty van to access the transmission is a labor intensive process, and the price reflects the additional tasks involved. Unfortunately, some reviews fail to recognize the complexity of the work required to reach the transmission. The shop’s experience and expertise really shine through. Thank you!

This place is wonderful. I have an suv with only 70k miles on it and my transmission was acting up and it wouldn’t drive. I dropped it off to a reputable place on Winn street but the guy didn’t bother to hook it up to the computer he just gave me a price of around $6k to fix and made some comment about how busy he was and it sat for 4 weeks because I was waiting for him to do the right thing and inspect it! . I then dropped it off at FNA and they checked it out and told me it was a leak and it only needed a part, it was also really low on fluid. Vinny literally saved my life. I don’t have 6k & I would have to get rid of my car. I’m also a girl so most garages wanna stick it to me. I’m really upset with the first place needless to say!! THANKS FNA❤️

I had a great experience with FNA Transmission! Several other shops told me I needed a full transmission job, but FNA took the time to diagnose the problem correctly and found that it was just the CV axle. They fixed it quickly and saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. Thank you to the entire FNA Transmission team for being honest, reasonable, and professional. Highly recommend!

My car had a transmission failure, and my auto shop referred me to FNA. FNA offered a complimentary tow service for diagnosis. Vinny helped me with the initial assessment and offered several options with an approximate cost range. I really appreciated that Vinny was customer-focused and gave me the necessary time to process the information and choose the best one for my situation. Marijane in the office also provided excellent communication. They have great customer service, and I would recommend this shop, even though I went with another option in the end.
