Ford Parts - Shawnee Mission Ford

Spent over $3,000 for parts that did not need to be replaced. Despite the time and cost, the original problem remains unresolved. In the end, Ford acknowledged they were unable to diagnose their own vehicle! Communication has also been unacceptable. I rarely receive updates. I must call and email repeatedly just to get a response. This has wasted significant time, caused hardship, and resulted in financial loss Not getting any ford vehicles again

I can not say enough about their parts department being helpful and putting the extra time and energy into making sure ur needs are meet.. as everything goes if I had to do it over again every part I needed would of came from them.. they r so accommodating and friendly.. hats off to the parts department... if I ever do another rebuilder that is ford or lincoln they r the only place I will get my parts from... thank you danny buckner

I needed some ford parts. I contacted this dealership as I have in the past. What I never expected was to be treated the way I was by them. You would expect to be flim flamed by the sales side, but I did not expect a $70.00 markup on a gas filter. The next time I need parts, I will get the part number, and shop it. It is ridiculous that the same part can be purchased on Amazon for less than $20.00 I would have respected them more if they said you can do better elsewhere on this part. From the reviews I read others are having problems with both sales, and service. You can do better elsewhere. I did try to talk to a manager over there.
