We had the best of customer service from Mike M & his team! We were looking at a used vehicle they had, 2020 Nautilus. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed. Mike(& team) were nice enough to squeeze it in to service to look at the issues we had. They took care of everything. We went back a couple days later, checked it out & yes our concerns were or will be fixed. So we bought it! The financing was easy as well with Angela & they let us do that all by phone as to not be there all night. Absolutely love my "new to me" car! We took an hour & half drive to buy this car, Ford Square team made it so easy & pleasant, worth the drive! Thank you to Mike & everyone else involved.

Mark King was amazing to work with. My vehicle was totaled and I needed another vehicle asap. He knew exactly what I wanted and needed and went above and beyond to make it happen. He reached out to another dealership they own and brought the car to Ford in Mt. Vernon just so I could test drive it and make sure it is exactly what I wanted before the purchase. He was very nice and not pushy at all like most salesmen. I would recommend him every time!

Angela worked so hard to get a car in my price range and my payment range. The entire experience was amazing. Never once did I feel stressed or pressured into purchasing a vehicle that I did not like. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle, I will be going back there.
