I had a great experience with the this shop while they worked on my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done. They kept me updated throughout the process and made everything easy and stress-free. This establishment was able to get my car in immediately on Monday versus the dealership that couldn’t book me until Thursday, which logistically was not going to work. They immediately diagnosed the issues and began to make all the repairs and was available two days later. Highly recommend.

I was down in Centerville for the weekend from Cleveland and my transmission light came on. I knew I couldn’t make it home without it being looked at. The guys at FE fit me in to their busy schedule and had me ready to hit the road again Monday morning. Not only did they provide me with the cheapest solution but they also gave me a detailed, prioritized list of other things I should have my mechanic address when I got home. These guys are great. Very knowledgeable about Audis too.

I thought I was building a rapport. Everyone seemed so caring. We even received free T shirts. I have paid over 1400 in less than a month and my car isn’t fixed. This is with 2 appointments. I took my car to another shop after a 600.00 diagnostic test on my 2nd visit 3 weeks later. I was told the diagnostic was so expensive because it was and extensive test and they had to call Jaguar for codes. I would have thought the 1st test would have been extensive. Oh they did take off 200.00. The first time my car was there 3 days.I wasnt offered a loaner. That visit was over 1000.00 . Took it back because it was doing the same thing I thought it was at least a 30 day warranty. I was told it was just trial and error. I’m so disappointed Then I was informed that it would be 8500.00 for a timing
