Little hidden gem! Came in to get my rig aligned today, long story short as I rushed to get things together forgot to button up some things! They managed to fix my truck up and get her running without any complaints. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and even gave me photos of the fixes and topped off my differential. Beware, Customers be careful as I found that this beautiful clean friendly shop that promised to do the right job, charged over 2/3's the National suggested cost of a job for a 2005 Ford Explorer needing a Rear Wheel Bearing. To start, they refused to list a complete parts list to justify their $908 in parts, when Ford OEM was listed at $350, we were merely told we weren't comparing the same products (but then why not tell me what products you purchased). "The Invoice didn't allow for such an entity", but it did have room for 18 NECESSARY suggestions of repair and 17 minor needs, items like the car needs an oil change, hello, a brand new Oil change was done 600 miles ago, or to clean my battery terminals or to replace the rear dried wiper, the thread depth in Brand new tires, etc.... way
