I went there to check if they could fix the headlights on my 4Runner since I live nearby. I wanted to support a local business, and both the lady at the front desk and the owner were extremely professional. I ended up getting my brakes fixed, an oil change, and a few other things taken care of. The prices were great, the service was excellent, and this is now my go-to garage. Highly recommended.

Great honest trustworthy mechanic. This shop puts the customer first, and wont have you spend money on useless fixes. I am for sure going to be a life long customer and will recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on there car.

I came here based off the reviews and the reviews are spot on! These guys are awesome!! Took my truck in for general maintenance and instead of doing things that didn't need done , they called me and updated me as to what was or wasn't needed and had the truck done same day. Professional and honest with great communication. Couldn't ask for more. I'll be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Mike is such a fantastic and humble person. He fixes what is requested and doesn't poke around to try and sell more. Not only do they fix it, they do it FAST. Twice I had two separate car issues and I took it to Nickerson when they opened and it was fixed by close of business. Mind you these were minor repairs... including a wheel bearing replacement which could verge on the edge between minor and moderate, but still. No hassles, none of that upsell of windshield wipers like you would get at other places, great prices and fantastic staff. It's really hard to find a place this high tier of customer service, but Nickerson is my new home for car maintenance. Signed, a very satisfied customer.

I called to request a quote for brake pads and rotors, and the woman who answered had zero patience. I politely asked if she could send the estimate to my email. When she asked me to spell it, she couldn’t understand me, and as soon as I said, “Sorry for my pronunciation, I’m from Spain,” she hung up on me. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was calling as a potential customer, ready to schedule a service, and instead I was treated rudely and dismissed. Very disappointing experience.
