FORGED KREATIONS

I ordered parts on January 13th and still havent received my parts. I call the store and get a run around then told I'm going to look I to it and get back to you. I then never recieved a call back from the store. At this point I'm never doing busy with them again and I've been doing business with them for the last 7 years.

First time there and to be clear the owner wasn't there so I can only speak on my experience.said it opens at 10am waiting till 15 minutes to 11. No one asked if I needed help it was my first time there because I was recommended there. As I finally thought I got help I was Left waiting while the guy was talking so I figured ok let me wait for him to finish but it never happened so I said I'm all set and left .it was a bad experience because your taking your time from work and work equal money but hey what do I know. Lesson learned. Deal with bosses or end up with losses.💯

This place is whack bad customer service,still waiting on parts,its been six months I haven't recieved any of them and they are taking out of my account.I have called them numerous times and no response. From this point I'am force to cancel my account due to bad customer service.The owner Dany does not respond to my messages nor answer my calls.Do not go to this place in Springfield Ma. Bad business gives them a bad name not going here anymore I'm done with this place.They do not know how to run a business.

Horrible, They dont answer the phone, will take your money but when you call about an order nobody is in charge or able to help. Will tell you that they will call you back and dont call back at all. Multiple times i was told my order was being shipped out on several occasions and it never was!! Over the phone service is a joke!! Never again goodluck to you future customers !!

Went in for a 90 credit got approved but the boss didn't want do nothing for me because I only got approved for 1250 had me waist my time for like 3 days to end up not doing he didn't show me pices or sample he ask me how much money I got
