Can say enough great things about Forrest auto body. All of the staff were amazing in what they do. They are upfront, honest and thorough and informed me of the entire process. They worked with insurance and got everything repaired for me looking even better than before the accident. I cannot tell where the damage was and even some small rock chips away from the accident were repaired. Mazda soul red crystal metallic is notorious for being hard to repair and it came out perfect.

Absolutely top notch. Beyond excellent customer service. Unfortunately I was rear ended and had never been in a car accident before. Also I had just purchased my car two months prior to being hit. So in my brain I was expecting the worst but instead had the best experience. They are quite knowledgeable about insurance and explained everything to me. Tyler and Annie were not only incredibly knowledgable, but communicated often with the progress of my vehicle. Knock on wood, this was my first collision that required extensive repair and they were VERY understanding and comforting in helping me understand the process. There was never a time I felt out of the loop. My tech, Connor did an absolutely fantastic job on the work itself.
