Dan and his team did a great job of getting me back on the road quickly after a catastrophic drive train failure on my F-150. They worked hard to keep me in a loaner that worked for my family (3 car seats) and performed the warranty work as quickly as they were able to get parts.

I have a 2023 F150 Raptor. Every single service light was appearing each time I drive the vehicle. I had brought my vehicle into Fort Mill Ford, but they were unable to reproduce the problem. However, they did note hundreds of codes upon performing the diagnostics. That being said, they were unable to determine where to begin with respect to a repair and I was left with driving a faulty vehicle. Initially I was frustrated with Ford since the cost of the vehicle was high to begin with and as a consumer, you do not expect to have these issues.
