I am very disappointed with the service I received from Fort Mill Hyundai. During my recent visit, I was scheduled to have two recall items addressed on my vehicle. Unfortunately, only one of the recalls was completed. While I was there, I also brought to my service advisor’s attention an issue with the paint on the passenger-side front fender, where the paint has begun to peel. As many owners of white Hyundai vehicles from the 2015–2023 model years have experienced, paint failure has been a known issue. Given that my vehicle is still under warranty and that there has been a recall or service campaign related to paint concerns, I expected the dealership to assist with addressing the problem. I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe 3 years ago at Hyundai Fort Mill. I always get my car serviced there and I love their customer service! Juan has always been my service tech, he never tries to upsell me or push services on me unlike most car dealerships do. Great customer service!! I would give them a five star and recommend them to anybody! The extra plus while you're waiting to get your car serviced, you have snacks, coffee, water and a nice, clean waiting area all free 😊 Thank you Juan for always making my experience pleasant😊

Tom is the absolute best! He is extremely honest and has my full trust when it.comes to fixing/maintaining my vehicle. Tom is the reason I keep coming back to Fort Mill Hyundai.

Sometimes my 2016 Sanata hybrid limited will get sick at times.This time the engine light came on.thinking about it's history ,I had a feeling that it had something to do with the coil. After discussing it with my service advisor Juan,come to find out Juan and his hybrid crew Figured it out and we were right.
