AMAZING!!. After contacting Kris (the owner) about some service I need done on my 2013 Ram 2500 6.7L he was beyond helpful. Hours after getting the truck he had emailed and texted me a comprehensive report complete with pictures and videos of all work that needed to be completed, because there were multiple issues that needed to be addressed he even prioritized them by "fix now" and "fix later" so I could decide how far I wanted to go. He was quick to find a potentially catastrophic issue that, left unattended, would have immediately made the truck undrivable. He got the repairs done in a timely manner that allowed me to use my truck for a trip I had coming up and we also got a plan in place to get those other repairs done soon. Yesterday was a tough day for me. My car died on the side of highway outside of Lampassas. I was towed to AutoZone . They got Forward Automotive on the phone who said they would check out my car for me. It was near closing time and they (Chris, his wife and Steven) stayed open for a long time afterwards to help me. Chris and Steven diagnosed the initial problem and, after having trouble figuring out how I would get my car towed over 150 miles back home, Chris offered to do it for less than the rates that I had received. They were all so kind and generous! I had a wonderful talk with Chris as he towed my car home where I learned a lot about cars and how mechanic shops work. The service and kindness was incredible. If I lived in Lampassas I would definitely take my car to this awesome shop!

Highly recommend this mechanic shop! We don’t have enough good things to say about them. Chris was amazing to work with. He had my truck ready in A very quick and fashion he was very explanatory, especially considering I don’t know anything about vehicles. Super reasonably priced, And just all around a great company! I went in for an oil change and was really impressed with the service. The team not only got my oil change done quickly, but they also performed a thorough inspection and made sure everything was in great shape. They explained what they checked, which gave me peace of mind. Professional, honest, and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!
