I was passing through Lampasas on a Thanksgiving trip down from Tulsa. Had been hearing roaring road noise above my radio. Pulled in to their shop and they fixed my undercarriage shield that had been dragging for who knows how many miles. So helpful and courteous. If I lived in this area they’d definitely be my car repair shop.

After a disappointing experience with another local shop that made several costly mistakes—like over-tightening oil filters, which resulted in two of our vehicles needing expensive oil pan replacements, and neglecting basic checks like fluids and air filters—we’re so glad to have found Lampasas Car Care. Rusty and his team are outstanding. They genuinely care about your vehicles and your family, ensuring that the right maintenance and repairs are done correctly. It’s such a relief to know your car is in trustworthy hands, and they always keep you informed if anything else needs attention. Their honesty and professionalism have earned our loyalty, and I will continue bringing our vehicles here as long as Rusty is at the helm!

Me and my husband went to get our oil changed here. The owner was very professional and helpful. He told us all about the oils they offer and what is a good mid level oil and an even a better option for a high price. Overall it was a great experience and we will be returning customers :)

Rusty and crew are competent, friendly, and professional. They do a good job of cleaning any potential oil drips from the underside of my vehicles as I don't get any oil drips on my concrete driveway afterwards. Sounds petty, but is appreciated. I use them for all my oil changes.
