I’m giving them 2 stars and only because they’re nice people, but I think that they’re incompetent. I brought my wife’s Dodge Caravan in for a 90k check up. I asked them to do the basic inspection for that mileage. I specifically asked them about the fluids, including the transmission fluid and they said that it didn’t need it. They only replaced the spark plugs and gave it a coolant flush. Three days after getting it back, the check engine light came on with the P0 740 code. A week later, I took it into another place and they said that the transmission fluid was black, smelled burnt with metal flakes in it. How do you miss that? I spent $650 and I’m not happy. I’m taking it elsewhere And hoping that it is just the torque converter clutch at this point and not a full transmission that need

I am thankful I found this business. They explained everything and made me feel comfortable and informed about the repairs needed on our older vehicle. These are genuinely kind people that offer great service at affordable prices.

Ive also sent multiple family / friends their way as well. Im thankful for a fair and genuine mechanic that from my knowledge are nearly impossible to find! Thank you Rick for all you do brother.
