Foster Chevy-Cadillac made this one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. I was searching for a hard-to-find vehicle in a specific configuration and discovered they had it in stock. I gave them a call and worked with Tate completely remotely to complete the deal. He was professional, courteous, communicative, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He even picked me up at the Cleveland airport when I flew in to get the car! I also worked with Theresa in finance, and she was equally great—professional, courteous, and communicative every step of the way. I wish every vehicle transaction could go this smoothly. I made a mistake by going against my own judgment after ready all the awful reviews about this dealership and gave them a chance and sure enough it has been an awful experience! I was promised my second key and for the on star to be fixed on my 2022 suburban z71 they refuse to stand by what they said they was going to do! Salesman Daniel is a liar and a dishonest person please do not do business with this dealership! They will lie to you and take your money and you will never be able to get in touch with them again!!!

The service department at Fosters was absolutely amazing! I arrived in Sandusky with my family for a night at Kalahari on a Wednesday . When I got off the freeway my check engine light came on in my 2025 GMC Acadia. I noticed my engine fan was running and it looked like I had dumped some sort of coolant went I was unloading our vehicle. I was able to get my family checked into the hotel and searched out the closet GMC dealership which was Ken Ganley Buick/GMC. I arrived there at about 3:30 PM. I explained to the service representative that I was from out of town and only in for one night. In not so many words I was told he couldn't help me and couldn't even guarantee me getting my car back before the weekend. I left feeling dejected scrambling with what to do being an out of state travele

Eddie, Jake and Chloe got me from a 2015 honda civic that was beat to crap into a 2022 Chevy Blazer with everything a girl could ask for! Added bonus the color of the car is absolutely gorgeous!! They made this process so easy I didnt even have to go in to get them started I only went in to sign the papers and get the car! I am so grateful and excited for my new car!! I had dropped off my insurance estimate off December 17th ish, when I dropped it off Dan told me he would get all the parts order and call when they came in to get us scheduled. He said typically they come in within 5 days but with the holidays to give it a couple extra days. I was very understandable as I know things can get crazy with the holidays. At the end of December I reached out and Dan had told me he wasn’t sure if the parts had came in yet or not but that he would reach out to parts and call me back. I never received a call back. Then it was New Years. So I gave it a week or so after to let that holiday settle down.
