I am disappointed in the poor customer service I received from the service department today. I waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. During my wait in the lobby for this routine service, my service rep Christopher never provided me with an update nor did he respond to my request for an update. After an hour and a half of waiting in the lobby, I noticed that the two people who arrived before me cars were completed and they were long gone. However, I started to realize that I may have been forgotten about when a couple who arrived after me was informed their service was completed. I called the dealership for a part that I needed for my vehicle, was told they were super busy I waited on hold for about 20 minutes got hung up on called again we’re about another 25 minutes hung up call the different phone number got transferred back to that parts department they told me again that they were super busy I had to wait drive an hour just to see the girl playing on her phone and two cars in the bay. I speak to the manager Dave and he says I’m sorry I’ll talk to them.. nothing else!!!! Worse service specially from a dealership.

I had a great experience with Pablo Rodriguez as my sale agent. Not pushy at all and easily answered my questions. I found the best truck for my needs. Totally happy 😊
