Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Used Cars

My last vehicle took a turn for the worst the Tuesday morning right before Thanksgiving Holiday and I had to put my Nissan Rouge to rest. RIP! I went to Fox Jeep on Plainfield in Grand Rapids MI on Black Friday to look for a new Jeep. I was very positive that I knew which one I wanted. I met up with Salesman Bruce and he showed me a Jeep that was perfect for me. It has everything that I need to be comfortable. Then Austin Myers got me financed within 10 minutes. It was super fast! The manager Steve Isakson came out and was super nice. The entire team made this process very easy for me. I left the day with a new car that I love. Thank you all so much for the easy process.

Bruce was a great sales advisor, he made sure he asked questions about what I wanted and what I was comfortable with. He was willing to be transparent about cars without me having to ask for the Carfax and accommodated my questions about the dealers’ service history on the two vehicles I test drove. He was also flexible on the pricing to ensure it was reasonable. Their finance team was also helpful and communicative without being predatory and pushy.
