My bestie picked up her first ever new car today. She was so excited to pick it up. Matt, Apaya, and Derek in finance took such good care of her. She said it was the best buying experience ever! They took the time to make her feel comfortable and confident in her new car. I can’t say enough about how great her experience was. Thank you Matt and Apaya. We recently bought a 2006 Mazda 6 and took it to Fox for a recall, the service department was spectacular. They were very friendly and kept us informed asking the way. I was very impressed. I have always bought either Fords or Chevy’s but while I was at the dealership I started looking at what Mazda had to offer. My excellent experience at the service department really got me interested. After some research at home I returned a few days later to get a closer look at their CX series. I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. I was assisting my mother in buying a new vehicle. From the moment we walked into Fox Mazda we felt comfortable and welcomed. We were greeted by Apaya and Mike and ultimately worked with Apaya to test drive some vehicles. His method of sales is amazing! He listens, doesn’t pressure you and answers all of your questions with patience and care. He really let us drive the experience as we saw fit and it was ready to assist whenever we needed. When Matt, one of the managers, came to chat with us he was just as nice and welcoming as all of the other staff we had encountered. Great service at Mazda this week. In GR for only a day or two, I was having battery issues. They got me in on their schedule, complete inspection, new battery all in 2 hours! But…..I also didn’t lose this 2 hours while I was in town. I quickly received a loaner, continued with my shopping and errands while my car was in for repair. When I returned, the incredible staff there also helped me re-load all my groceries from my loaner car into my own car! They went above and beyond to give me great service. Thank you!!

I had such a great experience working with Nico! From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He made the entire process feel relaxed and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the purchase.
