I brought my car in because the low oil light was on. The shop told me the oil pan was rusted and leaking, and they offered to replace it that day for about $1,300. I agreed, expecting that the issue with the warning light would be resolved. When I picked up the car, the low oil light was still on. When I asked about it, the owner claimed that wasn’t the reason I brought the car in — which makes little sense, since the light was what prompted me to bring it in. Later, when I returned with my father to ask about the repair and see the old part, the conversation quickly turned hostile. I already knew they’d do a great job—just like every time I come in for regular services like oil changes. Stopped at Framingham Automotive for an inspection sticker this past Friday, and had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was extremely kind and professional, and I felt comfortable waiting while my car was being inspected (they took my car right in and had it done quickly). I can't recommend Framingham Automotive enough, and will be back often!

The gas prices are great and the state inspection was fast. But the guy charged me more for the oil change than the inital price he gave me. I really did not appreciate that since the initial price was already pretty expensive. I will be going somewhere else for my future oil changes.

I got an inspection today. It was Quick service, they came out and greeted me at my car within 1 minute and then came and got me when the car was complete within 20 minutes. Would recommend!
