This place is great. They have a nice loaner car. fast service. Thorough. Good explanations of what is going on, without mansplaining, and they don’t try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs! Here is a before and after photo of my fender. Great job.

The level of incompetence at this shop almost caused major damage to ourselves and people around us. The vehicle was returned after spending $1300 with NO BRAKES! Almost caused a very serious accident which they would have been 100% liable. From the moment the vehicle was picked up it was not operating properly after calling and complaining we were told to bring it back in however before we could the calipers came loose while traveling and almost cause a very serious accident. This shop has no issue telling you what is wrong with you vehicle or charging higher then average labor and part costs but they do seem to have issues with completing a job correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP IF YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF SERVICE OR SAFETY.

Extremely hospitable. You get the vibe of a local owned shop where people actually care and not just see you as a number. Clean shop, clean waiting area and a friendly people. A little customer service goes a long way. Highly recommend this shop for your car services.

Franconia Auto Repair was my best mechanic experience to date! Starting from the scheduling all the way through to the speedy and efficient return of my car, working with the folks there was a breeze. They were extremely thorough while looking over my car and provided detailed feedback (including pictures and informational videos) about what needed to be done immediately and in the future. I was provided with a detailed quote and timeline for upcoming repairs as well. Overall, I am very glad to have found this place and look forward to having my car serviced there in the future.

Honest repair shop with reasonable pricing. Joe and Desiree will always be transparent with what NEEDS to be repaired in your vehicle Vs what is recommended. It's very difficult to find trust in this industry as a customer, and they've been reliable since I've been going there the last two years. Car runs great because of them. I would highly recommend 👍🏽
