We’ve been going to Frank May for over a decade now. Anytime we have needed service work done on our vehicles, they’ve taken great care of us.

I have a 2013 toyota prius that has been giving me issues. Ive taken it to three places (including the dealership) and i was told there wasn’t really a problem, just a sensor. But a sensor being bad wouldn’t make the sound my car was making. The breaks were weird and it felt off. When i dropped it off the man i spoke with made me feel listened to when hitherto I’ve felt dismissed. The issue was isolated and fixed with what i would consider commendable alacrity. Looking at the costings with similar work I’ve gotten done in the past I can say that Frank May gives a fair prices for both parts and labor. I will be coming back and recommending this shop to the people I know. I’ve been looking for a regular shop for my car and am more than happy with my experience today.

Went here for a leaking fuel line and was told that the entire underside of my car was rusted out and everything would break on the bottom if they touched it and my brakes would fall off?? Um what? how does that even make sense?! Then told me that they could do it for $2500 but they didnt think it was even worth fixing. Which sounded like baloney to me and I was right. Took it down the street and the guy fixed the line and replaced the gas tank for literally $1500 cheaper and nothing was damaged in the process. More than likely they were just trying to lie to get some extra cash or just didnt wanna have to actually put in the work. Lady who called was not friendly to me and was rude about me bringing it while it was leaking. All in all, wouldnt recommend :/

Took 3 cars here, spent a week getting them set up with my car warranty company. They were great at first, however when I had to bring my car that I had them set up with my warranty with for a second repair, They have absolutely zero record of two of my three vehicles despite the fact that they have worked on them and they have no information regarding my vehicle's warranty that I spent a week getting them listed with the company as in network for. They might be honest people and good mechanics but they suck at keeping records.

As ALWAYS, the staff and technicians were patient with my old self in helping to determine my older car's issues, searched for replacement parts (choices of brands and costs), and scheduled my car for service. On the day of service, the repairs were done expediently and within the estimated, fair costs! (And must not forget "honest!) I thank them, as does my family, since the younger folks sometimes depend on my being retired in order to cover babysitting, etc. Karen B.
