Recently, I had my car broken into… The lock popped out, damage to the car body for the thieves to then rip out the drivers airbag after cutting the wire etc…All in two minutes, gone… I took the car to Frank & Sons Auto Body and FYI …I could not have asked for a better shop and repair!! They have an enormous facility and they do it all! Even the insurance adjuster said to me he sees it is a very reputable shop and I shouldn’t be worried about my car being repaired there from his visit there to review my car. The attention to the issues at hand from the time of reaching the office, time with the staff, to them saying to me, not to have any worries we will take care of your car from the beginning to the end and they actually did!! 😊 The service and knowledge of the car repairs/parts in

Came to Frank and Son after searching up BMW Certified Collision Centers near me for the scratch shown in the picture. The shop provided impeccable service from start to finish. I received a free estimate which was very reasonable/affordable compared to other competing BMW Certified Collision Centers. Junior and the shop did such an amazing job on the repair and got the car looking brand new again with the correct paint match. I can’t recommend Frank and Son enough and definitely would return in the future.

When you say the word experience, Frank and son auto body has it. The quality of service is matched by it ‘s quality of care. The customer service is wonderful. The friendly reception as you enter the office by the 2 ladies is welcoming. The amount of knowledge is also remarkable. This place has a family feel. My vehicle came back better than new. I was updated with progress whenever I asked , It was fast too. I imagine that depending on the work you get done the time it takes to complete the job would vary. I usually leave the pros alone to complete the job. I don’t score high ratings for no reason. I recommend Frank and son auto body. Thank you Frank, Dom, Zach and crew.

She is Beautiful you did a beautiful Job! Costly yess! But very thoughful! Your shop is amazing the layout comfortable and clean. The car was taken care of and worked on in a well lit area where I could see the technician could work not in a rush but in leisure to sew his craft. I mean there was no junk all over the place and evryone there was happy to be working for you doing what they do very well. Thank you for this! I am so super Paranoid about my car. We have a relationship for life. Lastly I left 20.00 in the car and did not know it and it was there waiting for me. Awesome experience for me.

Do not go to this business. They will certainly rob you. I went there for a simple scratch of paint on my bumper and was estimated $3000.00 dollars for a scuff mark. I went somewhere else and they buffed it out for free. What was worse is they spoke about removing my bumper to repair a sensor that was never even checked for damages which they said was on back order they would have to keep much car for months. I certainly went back and told them they should not do that to people the adjuster tried to make it seem clueless and intermediate me with a cold look. Do your self a favor avoid this business you have been warned.
