I had an intermittent misfire in cylinder 1, which the dealer said would be $170 just to diagnose. Frank's discussed the situation with me and we mutually agreed to start with the cheapest and most likely source by replacing the spark plugs as they were due for replacement as the car was almost at 100k miles anyway. They also switched the coil pack to cyclinder 2 so that it could be further narrowed down to the coil pack as the source of the problem if the spark plug r replacement did not fix the problem. When the problem reappeared, they were able to quickly assess that coil pack was the likely source of the problem as the code had switched to cylinder 2. After a replacement of this pack, the car has been driving smoothly without issue. The prices were reasonable and the service from all

They do not seem to know their business well (warranties) which cost me hundreds of dollars needlessly!

Couldn't be happier to work with this shop after my long time mechanic became sick. Very honest and organized, gave me a date to repair my car rather than having it sit there until they had time, and communicated with way more detail and patience then the average shop, helping me decide if it was worth the repair or not.

Used to go here back when it was Rocky's place. The new owner and his wife are such warm and friendly people. Charged me a fair price after a bunch of hassle with an after market part had been wrongly installed on my car before I owned it. Kept me updated every step of the way. Will absolutely be coming back.
