Every now and then you run across a service business that goes above and beyond. It's rare. Greg Popovici and Island Motorworks is one them. I recently had them replace my generator on a 45-foot Viking Convertible sport fishing boat. It was a complicated job that required removing the salon floor and bringing in a small crane, not to mention all the fuel lines, oil lines, raw water feeds, exhaust, and electrical setup. He made one mistake with the fire suppression system but owned up immediately and replaced it at his expense and even had it professionally certified, which he didn't have to do.
