Franks Tire & Automotive

So I picked up a chunk of metal just driving around Coco and looked for the closest place and I found Frank's tire. I pulled in they fix my tire at a very affordable rate and had me out very quickly. They were kind professional and I will come here when I need to get new tires.

Been using Big Franks for over a decade. These are the guys that will tell you the truth about your car ( good or bad) but they are straight shooters and you can believe what they tell you. No scams or BS here. That’s why they do so much business. 100% Honest mechanic work - like it should be.

Very disappointed. I’ve heard great things so when my car started having a shack I took it to them. They looked at it and said it was a bad drive shaft. Which yes it wasn’t new and needed to be replaced but didn’t fix my issues. Took it back and blamed it on my rims. Well $2000 dollars later I still have a shake and it was my differential. I also tipped the people who looked at my car. Costed me a lot of money and didn’t even fix or diagnose my car properly. Would not recommend and highly disappointed

I’ve put tons of money through this place over the years but with new manager, prices are almost double and he just doesn’t know how to run a business like Frank. It’s lost the homey feel it always carried. Good luck!

If I could give a 0 I would . Ive been coming here for over 20 years. Everytime Ive been here in the past 6 months my tire tech has been the one they call oni . He's on the phone in his ear bud with his wife every time hes worked on my vehicle . He frequently pulls his phone out and text one time he loosened my tire and stood on his phone and talked for 20 minutes before completing my patch . Management does n othing about it . Today was my last day going to franks I guess good help is very hard to find .
