Stay away! I took my 2018 Camaro SS to this dealership after being rear-ended, expecting quality work since they are a GM dealer. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and stretched over six months before I finally gave up. I am trying to find another shop to fix their mistakes but most won't touch it because they don't want to work on something done by another shop. The rear bumper remains misaligned, and now that the weather has warmed, it has begun separating further to the point that it interferes with the trunk closing. The paint quality was also poor, with visible dust spots and rough patches of paint. The exhaust system was mishandled as well. Initially, they attempted to bend the damaged exhaust back into shape, but it was still very noticeably bent and uneve

Stay away! Had a ‘23 Nissan Titan Pro 4X that had manufacturing defects with the paint. One of my door jams was not clear coated and the weather channel on the roof was missing paint. The Nissan dealership in Greer sent my truck over to this place because it was a warranty job and this is the body shop they use. Took it in on December 10, 2024 and got it back December 28, 2024. It came back worse than when it went in. This was a brand new truck with only 3 to 4 thousand miles on it. Not exaggerating when I say the truck was in perfect condition other than the defects when they got it. They ruined my interior. They didn’t cover anything! My radio was ruined. Overall, a pretty good body shop. I took my Corvette here after a young lady ran into me. I talked to Christina on the phone and she was absolutely lovely to deal with. So friendly! My representative was Gary and he was just the coolest person to talk cars with and was very nice to work with as well. The new bumper took about a month to come in since it was on back-order, and it looks pretty good but when I mentioned the panel gaps (and there are quite a few) I was told that there wasn't anything that they could do. This seems like a good place to get body work done and very pleasant people to deal with, but I'm deducting one star as I'm obviously disappointed about the panel gaps. 0/10 — RUN FROM THIS PLACE. This shop further damaged our vehicle and delivered some of the worst customer service and communication I’ve ever experienced. They don’t even meet their own stated minimum standards for keeping customers informed and seemed perfectly fine leaving us stranded with no updates or accountability. If you decide to brave this place, beware of Blane. He has no business dealing with customers—let alone representing a company or brushing his own teeth. Look up incompetent and you’ll find his photo! We repeatedly asked to speak with the manager, Ricky Fowler, and never once heard back. Every time we called, he was “busy.” The experience was so bad that we drove straight from here to CarMax and sold the vehicle just to be done with it. I want nothing to do with anyth

Super awesome experience. Love the people that work here. My car had some front end damage that looked rather superficial, however they found some other things I could have never noticed. Blaine and Becky processed the whole claim for me with my insurance and made the experience really easy in a really difficult situation. I was kept up to date the whole time my vehicle was being repaired. I really appreciate the work these people do. Certainly would recommend!
