Fred Anderson Hyundai Service Center

The service was not excellent. I bought the car from another Hyundai in Greenville. The service department is not friendly or courteous. Your team is always very friendly and helpful. We brought my daughter Kona in to have service for a small oil leak. We were so excited impressed with the service that we decided we would have you guys do our servicing going forward. Today proved we made the correct choice. Thanks for the great service once again. Anita

Best Experience getting my car fixed in my 50 years. I was expecting a Large Bill for getting the work done at the dealership. I was shocked to learn No Charge since my issue was under warranty & they fixed a recall I was not aware of. They were nice & very easy to deal with! I wish I had brought my car to Fred Anderson Hyundai sooner. I will be bringing my cars there from now on. Keep up the great work, what an amazing gold medal team. Keep shocking customers in a good way. I still can’t believe they did so much work for free! Don’t waste time taking your car anywhere else. Have a great experience with these guys!!

I had an appointment at 2:30 to have the look at a tire. I got thereabouts 20 minutes early and I didn’t mind waiting. The waiting area was full but I didn’t expect to wait almost 3 hours not counting the 20 minutes early I was because that was on me. Then when I get y car back that is white with white interior there is greases all over the door handle and some on the front wheel well. The man wiped it off and apologized. I’m on my way home and there is greases on the passenger seat thank goodness it wiped off. Today I get in the car and I guess where they checked the filter the cover is on the floor of the passenger side and I see grease finger prints on the glove box. I understand they can get busy but have respect for peoples property! I’m very disappointed in their service department.

All of the workers were very kind, and worked quickly. I got an oil change and tire rotation done in about 40 minutes which was great! The lobby had plenty of refreshments available for free! Would highly recommend this Hyundai!

Not even sure where to start...my appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM. I arrived at around 8:10 AM. Their "family plan" service plan is not worth the headache, as they seem to change the rules every time !!! It's become more of a headache than a service. At around 9:15 AM, I peeked out and noticed my car was back in the service drop off/pick up garage, so I figured they would be calling me to check out. At 9:45 AM, my car was still there. There were 2 to 3 people at the service desk during that entire time. I was sitting by the entry doors, so I was able to hear them laughing and carrying on. I even heard them mention my name a few times. I finally walked out there and asked the guy at the desk. He said he was just preparing my bill. One hour and forty-five minutes for an oil change !!!
