This experience has been extremely frustrating! I took my vehicle to be serviced on February 12, 2026. I waited 2hrs for a diagnosis. I received the diagnosis and was informed that the parts would be ordered that day (Thursday, 2/12/26) and my vehicle should be ready for pickup Friday, February 13th. I asked about a loaner vehicle and I was told that I would be contacted Friday morning if one came in. I ended up having to call that morning, because I never received a call like was told I would. We spoke in person on Friday 2/13/26 while picking up the loaner vehicle around 1pm and I was informed that the parts still hadn’t come in yet, and it gets busy on Saturdays, so lookout for pickup on Monday 2/16/26 Presidents’ Day. Great experience. Employees were refreshing in their straightforward honesty. And transparency. Had just left a dealership that tried to get us on interest and pressure us not to leave, and we couldn't do better. Well, we did. Thank you, Fred Anderson of Kia.

I just bought a used vehicle from them & thought their price’s were fair on both the vehicle I purchased, and my trade. They matched what the local credit union would do for interest rates & my salesman (Jimmie) was great! I was only in there for about an hour, including the test drive! I did help speed up the process by giving them info ahead of time via text vs. just showing up & starting from scratch, so take that into consideration if you’d like to be in & out as fast as possible. Overall, I’m very pleased with them & my purchase!

Horrible service!! Nick never communicated throughout the three hour process of getting new brakes. I noticed my car was being driven to the completion area. Nobody communicated it to me and forty-five minutes later I had to change Nick down for information. He passed me off to Brian who took another twenty minutes to complete my order. Afterwards he gave me the wrong keys twice. I usually go to Kia if Greer for service, but wanted to save some time by going to Greenville. I will be returning to Kia if Greer or another dealership all together!!!

We just purchased our 2025 Kia Carnival this past weekend and absolutely loved our shopping experience. Obsessed with this “MPV!!!!!! Doesn’t even feel like a van!!! Rodrigo was amazing and we feel he has transformed us into a Kia family!!! Not to mention we get free oil changes for life!!! Highly recommend!!!
