Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh Service

I’ve been to this Nissan shop for my service on my suv for the past two years since relocating from up north and they have been great! I appreciate the fast service and upfront pricing of everything before they do it. The customer service is top tier I haven’t had any issues with them I look forward to many more great visits with them. Melinda is the best by the way! She know her stuff and will make sure you are fully satisfied with services!

We bought our Car in this shop some months ago and were positive surprised from the people. Very friendly, honestly and helpful. This was the reason that we went back to them for service again. Also they were very flexible. I got a dash cam, but for some reason I couldn't it install by myself. I asked the service manager and it wasn't really a problem for them to install it. I'm very happy and thankful that we found AndersonNissanRaleigh. Update after my visit on 01/06/26. A while after we bought this car, on the display warnings from the ProPilot appeared sporadically. " look forward " and " hand on the wheel ". Also the big display went black during driving. I complained it in the shop. First visit: nothing was done, just made a note on the report: "no action at this time " On 01/

I had the worst experience here. I was changing out the a/f sensor on my truck when I broke my catalytic converter. I am new to the area so I do not have a regular mechanic. I decided to get my truck towed to the dealership, thinking they would be reasonable. They were not. First, the video they sent from the mechanic of what needed to be done was very negative. He was like I have to take this off and this is probably going to break so you may need a new that, etc... like he did not like my truck. I asked him to please only try to break bolts, not parts. My truck needed a new catalytic converter since I broke mine. Their quote with their part was around $3,500 as they were charging $2,400 for just the part. Who can afford that!? I got my own part. I had a wonderful experience with Juleigh! She greeted me upon arrival and was very upbeat! She kept me updated on the progress and it was amazing! Thank you Juleigh!! .Also had a recall was primary reason for my visit and i took the opportunity to get my car serviced, Their was no charges due to recall and my being a part of The Fred Anderson family plan!!!

Bought my Nissan in September, just had my first service done over the weekend. Overall great experience, they checked everything, refilled everything, oil change, tire rotation. They even record it and send you a video showing you what they did, never heard of that before, it's cool. Makes it a bit personal, comfy waiting room and overall a very enjoyable experience.
