Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford Service

We had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did a multipoint inspection. We were in and out in 45 minutes. We worked with Aaron and he was very polite and professional. It was an excellent experience all around.

This was my first time visiting this Toyota dealership for service and I was extremely impressed , went in for a diagnostic test. They were very quick and efficient. They even sent me a video. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership. I would recommend make an appointment. It seems like a very busy dealership.

I made an appointment for tires. Arrived on time and 3 and a half hours later they were done. Phill was great and very polite. No wash was offer and the tires had glue or mounting residue all over. Very pleased with the tires and the advisor, not pleased with the wait time.

I came in a little after 9am for interval maintenance. They recommended oil, fuel additive, tire rotation & brake fluid flush. I asked how long? He said I’ll have you out by 11. I had a previous appt at 11 and my appt texted they could not change. Tech recommended doing the flush at next appointment and he could have me out at 10:30. I waited in waiting room for an hour and then asked if vehicle was ready. To which he responded no and no service had been started. Told him I had to leave and just bring vehicle around. They were busy but I really had other things to do than sit around waiting room for an hour for nothing. Mistakes happen so I’ll be back when I have more time.

I went in for my first complimentary maintenance since buying a new Camry at Fred Anderson in November. (Jonté was great, I got a fair price and it was pretty seamless in and out experience!) I made the maintenance appointment easily online the night before when I realized I was nearing the mileage, Chad was super friendly and helpful I was in and out in no time! They had this video feed of my car while they were working on it that they texted me which was pretty cool! I’ve never seen my car from a lot of those angles haha.
