Fred Anderson Toyota Pre-Owned

Edit: Once I finally got to talk to a manager, things started getting care of. I think my experience may be the exception and not typical. I bought a used Tundra with a camper shell. The camper shell is held on by zip ties. I was promised by my salesperson that he would follow up once the proper parts arrived to replace the temporary fix. It has been several weeks and I can't get anybody on the phone after many attempts. I keep leaving messages with managers and getting no response. Very frustrating!

The employees there were NOT going to let us leave until we got all of troubles taken care of and papers signed. We attempted to leave in frustration more than a couple of times over many errors by our bank. Each time they gave us peace of mind with a solution to each problem that arose. They kept a cool head while we were starting to lose ours. We were there for hours and they remained professional the entire time never matching our frustration and offering accommodations due to our lengthy visit. They celebrated with us when it was all over and told us to come back the next day to check the check engine light that came on the pre-owned that we had just purchased as is from them. Even offered to come back if the check engine light came back on again and we had any problems. I would recom

I had a fantastic experience at Fred Anderson Used Cars last night! I bought a 2024 Certified Pre-Owned Toyota RAV4 from Josh, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with—by the time I left, I felt like I had made a new friend. The finance manager, Kevin, was just as great. He made the process smooth and fun, which isn’t something you can always say about car buying. Overall, this was the best buying experience I’ve had. Josh and Kevin were friendly, professional, and genuine, and they made the whole process easy. I love my new car!

attentive employees with good energy that’s ready to help. shoutout to my salesman Marcquise tho! real understanding and was willing to work with me on a good car to get me in! After about a week of having it he even checked in to make sure everything was going good! I’ll for sure be back in the future 10/10
