DO NOT USE THEM!!🚨 SCAMMERS🚨This company is terrible!! They did not give thorough instructions on their coverage policy!!! They said I was covered till Monday but cancelled my policy the Saturday before! When I wanted to talk to a manager she was rude belligerent and yelled over me the entire time. Horrible customer service. They also do not have a corporate number for you to call if you want to make a complaint!!!

DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE, they do nothing but scam people. I was paying over $500 monthly; had an accident and they didn’t want to cover at all, they made excuse after excuse. When it comes time for the payment they call over and over.

Terrible company policies, makes it extremely hard to have insurance with. Went in to reinstated. Went through the whole processes only to find out their printer isn't working and I'm going to have to go to a different office. Proceeded to wait 30+ min at the other office just to get my paperwork signed. Id stay away if you don't have these dumb issues or issues similar.

If I could give a zero star rating I would!! I filed a claim for an accident that was no fault of mine and this company has done nothing but be rude, argumentative and an absolute nightmare. The amount they offered to reimburse my tow fees is $600 less than the amount I personally paid. They have treated me like I’m a criminal. I have paid on two policies for over 3 years and never filed a claim. My vehicle was totaled and the amount they offered me is literally half than the fair market value. I will tell every person I know to never use the company. They are dishonest, rude and disrespectful. I will be filing a complaint with Texas Department of Insurance also.

Specifically called and told the worker I would be in 8 minutes before their close time. Asked if anyone would be able to take photos of my vehicle just cause I’m upgrading my coverage. The worker said yes he’d wait for me, drove 20 minutes from the Burleson location (that decided to close an hour early) and the doors are locked. Thanks for not only wasting my time but my gas
