I wouldn’t recommend these car insurance. I’ve had him since 2008 and when I try to go back to them, they were laughing even their manager when I was trying to get insurance for my sons car I own three cars and their employee and the manager sat there laughing when they didn’t wanna accept a payment through a credit card. I think they’re a professional I wouldn’t use. None of my businesses will be telling other people about. And what do I do if I get up in the car accident really shady people bad business I would be putting this on online so everybody will know little do you people know I’m a content creator and I also own a lot of businesses so don’t get insurance through them At you and calling you names and they still your information and your credit card information#sandiego #badBusine

I don't usually do reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience with the customer service at Fred Loya. The insurance agent Ms. Sherry was very friendly, professional, and informative. As soon as my current policy expires, I will be back to start a new policy. Thank you Sherry! Great customer service is hard to find and this location exceeded my expectations!

Called back on accident after them not being able to ensure me and Sherri just hung up on me ! SHE is so RUDE and would hardly let me talk. Aside from that, the other staff was better
