Fred Loya Insurance

Juan Ortiz is a new agent there and is the most unprofessional and clueless person I have ever dealt with when it comes to insurance companies Are you allowed to implement an auto policy without permission and raise the price by $200 a month. Without notice? After communicating in person over 3 times and you stating the price would remain the same! The worst customer service do not go here save the headache!

If you’re looking for insurance, I recommend you coming here and ASK for Juanita. She was very helpful with explaining coverages and finding me something very economical for my auto.

Company ever to have Insurance through. The manager of the Waxahachie location is the rudest person I have ever met unprofessional unsympathetic to any problems that may come up. After ending our policy, we were told for six months that we had a refund that was being sent back to us after getting the runaround for six months. Finally, they have the audacity to tell us that there is no refund therefore, this is the worst company I’ve ever done business with and will never do business with Fred Loya again.

When I went into the office to switch my cars on my policy the door was unlocked but no one was in the front office..I waited for 10 mins then walked to the back I am assuming she was in the bathroom I called out to her and finally got a reply..I switched my policy to my new car no problem but the information given to me about auto pay and my draft was incorrect. I followed the reps instructions to make sure a payment wouldn't be taken out but it still was. Called today and spoke either with the same rep or maybe a different one that was absolutely no help trying to resolve the pending transaction and could only tell me to cancel my policy..which I did and she never took ownership of the incorrect info I was given by a co worker of hers or yourself... This is the worst insurance company in Texas. I will be helping a number of people devote a good portion of our adult life to seeing that this insurance company is no more. Please stay away.
