From my initial phone call to final payment for the work done, every aspect of service we experienced with the guys at Fred’s was courteous, prompt, efficient, and honest. They could have told us we needed brake work as that was my original concern for my teen daughter’s vehicle, but they said they were in good shape. Another concern came up in the inspection and they were very good with explaining to my daughter what she needed to do and got us right back in when needed based on their directions, the same day. They made sure she was able to pick up her vehicle on a Friday night so she had it for the weekend after working her into their clearly busy schedule. I have always heard good things about Fred’s and I now can see why. 10/10 recommend.

This simplifies the communication process entirely. They take pictures of the issues, clearly showing problem areas. Excellent explanation of repairs, very timely work.

Fantastic customer service, honesty and integrity! They were able to get my recently purchased vehicle in on short notice to do an alignment. Only took them 1 hour and the cost was fair. The vehicle steers straight as an arrow now! They also discovered that one of the control arms (had been replaced before I purchased the vehicle) did not have the cotter pin installed. They remedied that, potentially saving me from a hazard down the road. Big thanks to the guys at Fred's!
